XBLUE Cloud Phone Systems utilize the latest VoIP technology to connect your business to the cloud, eliminating the need to purchase, install, and maintain an on-site PBX server and telephone lines. The All-Inclusive Feature Package includes popular business phone system features such as Automated Attendant, Voice Mail with individual boxes for every user, Call Announce Intercom / Paging, Conferencing, and fully integrated Cell Phone system extensions. Additionally, the package offers Voicemail message delivery to Email, Call Queues / Call Center functions, Detailed Call / Usage Reporting, and Call Recording. There are no licensing fees required to activate any Cloud features.
XBLUE Cloud phones can be located off-site at home or remote offices, operating identically to system phones at the main office. Remote users can access lines, make intercom calls, and use system features in the same manner as their counterparts at the main office. The system supports Multiple Auto Attendants, Ring Groups, and Call Queues, allowing callers to select from an audio menu, dial an extension number, or use the Dial By Name directory to connect with individual system users. Accessing Conference Calls is simplified by enabling callers to select Conference Call Rooms. Incoming calls can be routed to Ring Groups or Call Queues, with the option to automatically place calls "on hold" and play custom announcements to inform callers of their approximate wait time.
For customer service improvement and security, audio recordings of phone calls may be captured and saved. Users can set up recording for all calls or on a per-call basis. All incoming and outgoing call details are captured, enabling custom system usage reports to be generated and exported by a system administrator.
The XBLUE Cloud Phone System eliminates the need to purchase, install, and maintain an on-site phone system server, as well as the monthly phone bill, while allowing users to keep their existing phone numbers.
The IP9g Color Display IP Telephones with Wi-Fi & Bluetooth capability are included in the bundle, allowing users to go wireless with the IP9g Wi-Fi dongle and eliminate office phone wiring. The dual IP9g Color Displays show call details, call logs, and the call status of XBLUE Cloud phone system users.
The All-Inclusive Feature Package includes Voicemail to Email Delivery of Messages, Branch Office/Remote Worker Extensions, Multiple Auto Attendants, Queues / Ring Groups, and Call Recording of All Calls/Per Call, all as standard features, without any additional fees.
Any cell phone can be a fully independent XBLUE Cloud phone system extension, or users can use their cell phone as a mirrored phone system extension, where their IP9g desk phone and cell phone ring simultaneously.
System users can be located at their home office or a branch office, and their IP9g phones will operate exactly the same as system phones located at the main office. XBLUE's US-Based Technical Support is available to assist with all new XBLUE system setup needs.
